Limited Hardware Warranty and Support Terms

Thank you for purchasing JAV  Products.

The warranties provided by JAV inc. (JAV ) in this Limited Hardware Warranty apply only toHardware Products you purchase for your use, and not for resale. The term “HardwareProduct" means a computing device with a specifc function and limited confgurationability, The Hardware Product is sold by JAV  for the purpose of executing the specifc JAV Software supplied with it. NOTHING IN THIS STATEMENT OF LIMITED WARRANTY AFFECTS ANYSTATUTORY RIGHTS OF CONSUMERS THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED OR LIMITED BY CONTRACT.

1. Warranty Coverage

JAV Smartboard is committed to providing customers with high-quality products andexceptional customer service. Our warranty policy covers the following areas:
  • Hardware Malfunctions: In the event of hardware malfunctions occurringduring normal use, JAV Smartboard will provide repair or replacement services.
  • Manufacturing Defects: For functional failures caused by manufacturingdefects, we will offer free repair or replacement services.

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period for JAV Smartboard products is 1 year, starting from the dateof purchase. During this period, we will cover the cost of repairs and partreplacements.

3. Warranty Claim Process

3.1 Filing a Warranty Claim

Customers encountering any issues with JAV Smartboard products can apply forwarranty services through the following channels:
  • Online Application: Fill out the warranty claim form on the official JAVSmartboard website.
  • Customer Service Hotline: Contact our customer service hotline for assistance.

3.2 Product Evaluation

Upon receiving a warranty claim, our engineers will conduct a thorough productevaluation. lf the issue is confirmed to result from a manufacturing defect orhardware malfunction, we will proceed with repair or replacement services.

3.3 Repair or Replacement

Once the issue is verified, we will provide the following services based on theassessment:
  • Repair: For issues deemed repairable, we will promptly conduct necessaryrepairs to ensure the product functions properly.
  • Replacement: lf repair is not feasible, customers will receive a brand-new JAVSmartboard product as a replacement.

4. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

The following situations are not covered under the warranty:
  • Intentional Damage: Damage caused by accidents, improper use, or unauthorized repairs. 
  • Force Majeure Events: Damage resulting from fires, floods, or other natural disasters.
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Alterations or repairs carried out without authorization.

5. Additional Terms

  • This warranty policy is non-transferable and applies solely to the originalpurchaser.
  • Any repairs or replacements made during the warranty period will not extendthe product's warranty duration.
  • JAV Smartboard reserves the right to adjust the terms of the warranty policy asneeded.
